I Have All The Answers You Need

Do I need to know exactly what kind of support I need before reaching out?

Not at all. Most clients don’t. You can come with a general sense of what feels heavy or what you’re ready to offload, and we’ll talk through what kind of support would be most helpful in this season.

How is this different from working with a VA or OBM?

Unlike a traditional VA, I don't need to be hand held or need to be taught Kajabi. And unlike an OBM, I’m not here to run your ENTIRE business.

I step in as your Kajabi partner, learn how your offers work, and take ownership of the backend systems that support them. That means anticipating what needs to be built, maintained, or improved so you’re not constantly pulled back into the tech on a random Wednesday.

Do you need SOPs or detailed instructions from me?

Goodness no! I meet you exactly where you're at! You don’t need to have everything documented or organized before we work together. Part of my role is understanding your business and helping bring structure to the backend without adding more to your plate.

Do you create content or write copy?

I intentially don't create content or copy from scratch bc Im a firm believer that copy takes strategy & vision - all of which comes best from you or a copywriter who knows your brand voice & audience. I work collaboratively with what you provide. You bring the voice, ideas, and materials. I handle the Kajabi setup, structure, and backend execution! If you are every wanting suggestions or tweaks, I can do that with the assistance of AI & of course your review.

Do I need to start with ongoing support to work with you?

Absolutely not. Its all about what YOU need in this season of business. Some clients begin with a course build or launch support and move into a retainer later, while others start with ongoing support right away. We’ll talk through what makes the most sense for you & what will have you feel the most supported.

What if my Kajabi backend feels messy or disorganized?

This is actually where I thrive! I'll step in and make sure I'm making your Kajabi feel light so there is no need to think you have to have this done before hand!

What will working together actually feel like?

My support is meant to be collaborative, but I'll always try to limit any back & forth by collecting all I need ahead of time! You'll still need to review and approve things, provide content & direction, & stay connected but you definitely won't be getting pulled back into the weeds of the Kajabi tasks that go with your retainer or project.
